The Process
STEP 1: Let's Get Down to Business
The most important step - reaching out! We'll chat about your goals and business, and secure a date for your service. You'll then receive a questionnaire to explore how you want your website to look and feel, and help you with preparing your site content (images and copy), brand guidelines and any other requirements.
STEP 2: Setting up for success
We'll carefully review your information, and make sure that we have all the information necessary for your week to go off without a hitch. If you have any burning questions or strict "Must-Have's" or "No-No's" this is the best time to let us know.
STEP 3: Prototype
We'll provide a basic mock-up of your site based on your initial design briefing - this will ensure we're making the most out of your design week, and that we're on the same page about your overall design vision. This is also the time that you should be collating your website copy, images etc.
STEP 4: Website in a Week
The time is here! You have our undivided attention for a whole week, so we can get creating while you sit back and relax (or get back to important business). We ask that you be available via phone or email, so that we aren't held up if any questions arise.
STEP 5: Post-Launch
You will have the chance to review your website and request revisions. Then, our team will devote 2 hours to make any changes necessary based on your feedback. Then it's time to celebrate as we hand over your brand new site.
