What's Included?

Profile Design / Overhaul

All Social Media Management services include a complimentary profile setup, or existing profile overhaul. This includes display photo, aesthetically designed highlight covers, captivating and strategically written bio and links external sites.

Elevated Content
The August Social team will transform your business content to engage and captivate your audience.  Content is created from provided images and videos as well as stock imagery, and (optionally) from photos and videos captured in our in-studio and UGC content creation packages. 

Dedicated Account Manager

Your business will be allocated a  dedicated accounts manager who will create and schedule your content, provide community management and other tasks as outlined in your selective package, and be available via email for support 5 days per week. 

Community Management

Audiences that are engaged and loyal to your brand are less likely to entertain your competitors, thus leading to higher conversions for your business down the line. Community management includes following, liking, commenting, resharing and engaging with content from your target audience and other leaders in your niche (not including inbox management).

  • How much does a website cost?
    This can vary depending on things such as the size of the website (number of pages), number of products (for Ecommerce stores) and the features / functionality that is included in the website. Note that external costs such as domain registration, DNS hosting, website hosting and professional emails (via Office 365 or G-Suite) are not included in the price of the websites listed on our site. Please view our 'Investments' page for more details on pricing.
  • How long does it take to design and build a website?
    The time it takes to produce a website dpends on the size and complexity of your site. A basic website typically takes around 4-6 weeks from beginning to end, whereas some more complex projects may take up to 12 weeks.
  • Will my website work on mobile devices?
    Yes, we work across multiple devices and incorporate responsive design elements to ensure our sites work across desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
  • Can I sell products on my website?
    Absolutely - A number of our packages (found under the 'Investments' tab include E-commerce elements, including product setup, cart design and payment gateway integration.
  • Do you provide training on how to use my new website?
    Yes, each website comes with a custom video tutorial explaining how to navigate the back-end, and 1 month of email support from your account manager for any questions that might come up.
  • Can you design my logo?
    We realise we can't be good at everything, which is why we recommend local graphic designers who can work closely with you to assist you with your logo creation needs.
  • How do we communicate through the website build?
    Before we begin working together, we'll usually have an initial chat on the phone to discuss the project. Once we get started, most of the communication will take place over email. This makes the process a lot easier as we'll have all of the information saved to keep referring back to, and ensures we're always on the right track.
  • What will you need from me?
    It really depends on the project / type of website you want. We'll be able to discuss this on our discovery call before we start working together. Depending on which package you choose and the requirements of your brand, we could need... Images of you and your team, and your workplace Images / videos of your products for the site Other content for the site (e.g. text, PDFs etc.) Login details to your existing website (if you have one) Details any third party providers that need to be integrated with your new site (Paypal, Stripe, MailChimp etc)
  • What if I don't like the website?
    Before we build your new website, we'll design a mockup of it first. This way, you'll get to see the initial design concept and make any changes - if you really don't like it, we include one (1) complimentary re-design, and will bring you a second new concept to suit your specifications.
  • What if I don't want to manage the website? Can you do it for me?
    Yes, we can arrange a maintenance package to suit your needs, with various hours available on a monthly basis.
  • Can I update the website once it's been built?
    Yes! Some companies use complicated site builders that mean you'll need to rely on (and pay) them for any changes. We're different, and build all of our sites on user-friendly, easy to navigate interfaces that you will be able to make changes to yourself without the need for us. We also provide you with an instructional tutorial video that shows you how to navigate your site.
  • How long will it take to get to the first page of Google?
    This depends on a number of factors, and truthfully there is no cut and dry answer. Search engines change their requirements all the time, and whilst it might only take one business 2-3 days, it might take another 2-3 months. In this, there is also no guarantee - some of your competitors might have huge marketing budgets or have been there for years. We are happy to have a chat about this, just ask!
  • Do I need hosting?
    Yes. Hosting is like renting a space on the internet for your website. Without it your website simply can't exist online, and is unable to be accessed by the public.
  • What additional costs will I incur outside of your prices?
    There are a few additional costs that are required when building and launching a website. Simply put, these are the puzzle pieces that go into a successful site launch, and you can't have a functioning site on the internet without them. Below is a rough pricing guide - please note prices may vary. Domain Hosting - Around $100 per year Professional email e.g. - $7-$10 per mailbox per month Website hosting - $200 - $500 per year depending on requirements Third party apps such as mailchimp, Klaviyo etc - Price varies
  • Do you do SEO for my website when you build it?
    Each website comes with basic back-end and on-page SEO, however please note that SEO is usually an ongoing commitment and will require continuous work. We acknowledge that we can't always do everything, so we have a number of local SEO experts that we can recommend.
